We had an amazing time during our romantic escape at this hotel. The room was spacious and clean, providing us with a comfortable and cozy atmosphere. The location was perfect, with plenty of activities and attractions nearby for us to enjoy. The staff was friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome and well taken care of throughout our stay.

We did encounter a few issues during our visit. The door to our room was difficult to open from the inside, which could be a problem for guests with mobility challenges.

I recently stayed at Hampton Inn in Canton and had a great experience. The hotel is conveniently located near stores and restaurants, making it easy to find everything I needed. The complimentary snacks and drinks during the managers' special from 5-7 pm were a nice touch. The breakfast provided had a variety of options for everyone's dietary needs.

Despite a few minor issues, such as broken chips on the carpet and an unemptied garbage can upon arrival, the staff responded promptly when I contacted the front desk. They quickly rectified the situation by vacuuming and disposing of the garbage.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The king room was comfortable and clean. We loved the in-room jetted tub and the very comfortable, clean king-size bed and linen. The location of the hotel is perfect, as it is close to a variety of restaurants and shops. We felt physically safe and it was quiet during our stay. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The breakfast was not served during my stay, and it was really disappointing. Additionally, I requested fresh towels and washcloths in the morning, but they were not delivered until I called again at night. Moreover, there were complications during checkout, and they mismanaged my check, out time, creating confusion. I didn't even receive a receipt for my stay, which was quite frustrating. the lobby refrigerators for refreshments were also not functioning properly, so the drinks were not cold. my experience was not pleasant, and I wouldn't choose this hotel again.

The issue with the pool was very disappointing. It was closed due to a malfunction with the door, and even after being told to try again in the morning, we still couldn't access it.

We loved the cleanliness of the room, as it was spotless and well-maintained throughout our stay. The hotel facilities were also top-notch, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Parking was convenient and we had no trouble finding a space. Additionally, the hotel's location in an excellent area for shopping made it easy for us to explore nearby stores and restaurants. The staff was friendly and accommodating, providing great customer service from check-in to check-out.
