The apartments were spacious and well-equipped, offering lovely views. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. The staff, especially Timo, were very friendly and went above and beyond to help. The location was convenient, with shops inside the complex and being very close to the old town and transportation options like taxis.

There were a couple of negative aspects that we didn't enjoy. the bacon was greasy and needed to be shaken off, the mashed potatoes didn't taste authentic, and the soup was consistently watery.

the staff were friendly and welcoming, especially Maria on Reception who went above and beyond to assist us during a family emergency. the apartment itself was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, with a large balcony. the two pools were perfect for the kids, and there were attendants to ensure their safety. We also enjoyed the on-site shop with reasonable prices, as well as the entertainment and dining options available. the check-out process was easy, making our overall experience smooth and enjoyable.
