The staff, especially Timo, were very friendly and went above and beyond to help. The location was convenient, with shops inside the complex and being very close to the old town and transportation options like taxis.

The friendly staff and other guests made our stay enjoyable.

We recently stayed at a hotel in Benidorm for a romantic escape and there were a few positive aspects that we enjoyed. the apartment was spacious and clean, providing us with a comfortable and relaxing space. the pool area was lovely, providing a beautiful setting for us to relax and soak up the sun. the hotel was conveniently located near key attractions and amenities, making it easy for us to explore the area and find everything we needed.

There were a couple of negative aspects that we didn't enjoy. The bacon was greasy and needed to be shaken off, the mashed potatoes didn't taste authentic, and the soup was consistently watery.
