royale chulan Kuala Lumpur exceeded my expectations. from the friendly staff to the spacious room and comfortable bed, everything was perfect. the delicious indian dishes for breakfast were a highlight, and the hotel's convenient location made it easy to get around the city.

Free drinks in the minibar and free chocolates every night were great! The hotel's central location was practical for exploring the city. The breakfast was yummy, with a variety of options to choose from.

The room wasn't cleaned properly, and the carpets were dirty and smelly. The shower had mold, and the bathroom floor wasn't level, making it difficult to take a shower.

We had an amazing time at this luxurious hotel. The exclusive amenities including the Spa & wellness centre and the outdoor swimming pool with comfy sun loungers were a highlight of our stay. The room advantages were impressive, with private facilities that provided us with a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The buffet breakfast was exceptional, with a great range of Halal food and other dishes. The hotel's location advantages were superb, with easy access to many attractions, shops and restaurants.

The only minor issue we experienced during our stay was the slow internet connection. Despite this, the service provided by the attentive staff exceeded our expectations.

Our room had an excellent view and the comfortable bed and luxurious in-room amenities made our stay pleasant. The breakfast was outstanding, and the concierge provided top-notch service. we would recommend this hotel.

The hotel's location is unbeatable, as it is situated very close to most attractions and the area we wished to visit. We could easily walk to everything we wanted to see and do. Additionally, the breakfast had a huge spread with lots of choices to feast on. The rooms were big, lovely and spacious, providing us with plenty of space outside the room to walk around in.

The hotel's management staff could have been more professional, as one customer had an incident with the duty manager being very unprofessional and rude. It's important that the staff is properly trained to deal with issues in a respectful and appropriate manner to improve customer service.

Loved the spacious Executive Suite upgrade and helpful staff. The room had a broken side table, but thankfully it didn't burn my house down!

Oh, just a few lightbulbs not working and a broken side table. No big deal, right?
