We even got to sit by the fire pit, which was cozy for the evenings. Plus, they let us keep our bags safe while we explored the city, which was a huge help. Just a nice vibe all around!

the noise level was ridiculous, we could hear gym-goers dropping weights all night, and I specifically requested daily room cleaning, yet i had to beg for fresh towels. receiving no upgrade for my inconvenience was downright insulting. if only the amenities matched the brochure, I almost gave a good review but just couldn't.
