Not only did the staff go out of their way to provide exceptional service, but the accommodations themselves were comfortable and beautiful. Had a wonderful Christmas getaway at a stunning hotel. the room was beautifully decorated and spacious with a great view of the city. the rooftop deck was the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the view during the day and night. the breakfast was delicious and came with a variety of dishes to choose from. the location was also great, with easy access to all the local attractions.

The Wi-Fi was a bit slow and unreliable at times, so it was hard to stay connected with family and friends back home. the shower area was small and could use some updating to make it more comfortable.

The beauty of this property is UNBELIEVABLE. We had the most amazing time and felt like we were treated like kings and queens. Chirifi was our personal staff member who stayed with us morning and night during our stay. He served us, answered all of our questions, took care of us, and genuinely looked after us and our best interest. He and the entire staff exceeded all expectation and went above and beyond to serve us! Wish we stayed longer! Such a gem of a find. The interior of the Riad was gorgeous. The wall carvings, huge columns, really high ceilings make you think you’re at an ancient Roman or Moorish palace. The hotel is in great shape, well decorated and almost breathtaking. The facility offers many amenities like a nice pool, spacious interior, quiet rooms, elevator , rooftop garden, rooftop restaurants with an upscale dining experience. The owner and staff were very helpful. They were very prompt and assured we had a great stay. It is definitely a 5 stars experience in Morocco. The hotel offers large rooms, beautiful architecture and design, elevator, closeness to Fes historic district, cleanliness, massages. I had a very pleasant time at this Riad and recommend travelers from all over the world to visit it.
