Had a boss time! The location was perfect, just a few blocks from the cathedral and plaza. Staff were dead sound and super helpful. Breakfast was spot on with a mix of Mexican dishes. The only downside was the noisy mornings next to the cargo elevator. But overall, a great stay!

We had an awesome time with friends staying for 3 nights! Perfect location near everything downtown. We visited the cathedral and Plaza de Armas, both within walking distance. The breakfast was good with various options. Staff was super friendly and we loved the clean facility.

We did have a bit of a hiccup at first with the first room, which had no fridge. But they moved us to a better one with air conditioning, though it still felt somewhat outdated.

It was just a fine choice for a short layover in Guadalajara with good value for money. The room we were finally moved to had a working air conditioner and a mini fridge, which made our stay much more comfortable. Make sure to check if everything in your room is working before settling in.

the coffee maker in the room was missing cups. the breakfast buffet was awesome with good mexican food. the staff helped a lot when we needed something. location was great too, close to attractions! 😊
