We got great value for our money with a spacious room, comfortable beds, and amazing views of Hiroshima Castle and the Atomic Bomb Dome. The hotel's location was perfect for visiting the Peace Museum and the castle, and the staff provided excellent service.

Recently stayed at Rihga Royal Hotel for two weeks while exploring the city. The location was fantastic, with the Castle, A-bomb museum, and memorial park just a short walk away. Our room on the 27th floor had an amazing view of the Castle and Hiroshima. It was well-equipped with a fridge, TV, and kettle, and had plenty of toiletries. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the hotel's restaurants were convenient. we had a wonderful experience and felt it was incredible value for money.

Conveniently located near attractions and train station with friendly staff. Corner rooms have amazing views. Concierge is helpful with directions and information. Rooms are fabulous with great amenities. Highly recommend for a visit to this city.

We loved the added amenities, like the "Handy" phone and various toiletries provided. the comfortable beds ensured a good night's sleep. the buffet breakfast had a great selection of options from different cuisines. we were impressed with the Rihga Royal Hotel and would definitely stay here again.

We had a free phone during our stay and it was very useful to find our way around the city. The view from our room was breathtaking and the staff were polite and very helpful, especially Francois who carried our bags and answered all our questions. I highly recommend this hotel.

The cleanliness and comfort of the rooms were top-notch. The hotel facilities were excellent, providing everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were friendly, helpful, and spoke English fluently. The location of the hotel was incredibly convenient. It was situated right next to the bus terminal and tram station, making it easy for us to explore the city. Additionally, it was just a short walk away from the atom bomb memorial area and had plenty of restaurant and shopping facilities nearby.

We stayed in a big hotel with professional staff. The location was perfect as it was near the main attractions and restaurants. It was good to have a shopping center here for breakfast, the bakery was a must-try! The staff were exceptional with their service, and the room amenities were also impressive.

The room was spacious and had a stunning view of Hiroshima and the castle. The large windows allowed us to admire the scenery from the comfort of our room. The hotel's location was excellent, right in the middle of everything. We enjoyed the restaurant's delicious cheese risotto and the opportunity to dine on the top floor with an outstanding view. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom was lovely and had plenty of hot water. The staff was friendly and helpful, as is typical in Japan.

This hotel is located in a fantastic spot, walking distance to many famous tourist spots and a short distance to the Miyajima pier. The staff provides wonderful service, and housekeeping keeps rooms impeccably clean. The breakfast buffet leaves nothing to be desired with the extensive selection of top-notch toiletries to the spacious rooms with stunning views. Not a detail has been overlooked within the hotel.

Although one of the restaurants in the mall seemed to lack in service and food quality, it was the only negative we experienced.

The highlight of my stay was definitely the delicious Japanese-style breakfast. I highly recommend trying the Japanese-style fixed menu breakfast for an authentic and less crowded experience. However, the buffet breakfast was also amazing with a wide variety of options for every taste. The city and bay views from the top floor were absolutely breathtaking. I had a wonderful experience and I would definitely recommend this hotel for your stay in Hiroshima.

Even though it got crowded, the food was worth the wait. The spa facilities were incredibly relaxing, although I wish they were included in the price. I had a wonderful stay at Rihga Royal Hotel and would highly recommend it.

The vacation was quite memorable, with two great complementary perks in the room that made our city break more relaxing. the location was prime: we were within walking distance of all the sightseeing landmarks, with easy access to transportation. the view from our window was fantastic, and we absolutely loved it!

The staff was generally unhelpful, adding more stress to our city break. the fitness center and pool opened way too late and had numerous restrictions that made no sense.
