such a visually 'impressive' hotel, but don’t be fooled! the breakfast queue? an absolute disgrace, and not a single bottle of water in sight! i nearly expected complimentary chocolates, yet not even a simple coffee prep kit was provided. clearly, special treatment is reserved for others. it's a wonder they haven't updated the decor since it was built!

Staying in an Executive Twin Room offered an incredible view of the castle, enhanced by a cozy window couch that framed the scenery beautifully. The staff consistently provided exceptional service, making our experience even more enjoyable. Breakfast featured an impressive selection of both local and international dishes, including organic fruits that added a refreshing touch. However, the dining area during peak times felt chaotic, and a few amenities in the room, like the outdated decor, could use a refresh.

Spacious room, luxurious amenities, including complimentary pool access and a delightful breakfast featuring both Japanese and Western options. the location is superb, just steps away from a major department store and easily connects to transportation for day trips.

We had a lovely time at this place especially with the fast check-in and getting those discount coupons for our stay. The views from the top floor bar were just amazing at night, really romantic, lots of memories made there.

It wasn’t exactly cheap, but you know, it was still acceptable for what we got.
