Warm and welcoming staff, comfortable and clean rooms make Comfort Inn a favorite while traveling cross country. the location is convenient, and the hot breakfast exceeded expectations with a wide variety of options to choose from, including hot apple cider on Thanksgiving night.

We had such a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and made us feel right at home. The rooms were spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The hotel facilities were great, and we especially loved the spacious bathroom and the hot shower with unlimited hot water. The parking lot was huge and had plenty of space for all types of vehicles. The location was perfect, with easy access to the main road and nearby shopping and dining options. And the breakfast was delicious, with a good selection of food and prompt service.

I recently stayed at Comfort Inn in Willow Springs for a weekend getaway. The housekeeping and breakfast staff were exceptional, taking pride in their work and ensuring a friendly and clean environment. The front desk service was great and the rooms were super clean, with a great view of the grass and nearby steak house. The hotel is conveniently located near shopping, dining, parks, and hiking trails. The breakfast selection was amazing, with delicious food and quick service from the staff. I couldn't have been more pleased with the kindness of the staff and the quality of my stay.

During my stay over the New Year, I was impressed by the warm and friendly staff who made me feel like I was talking to old friends. the rooms were clean and comfortable, providing all the necessary comforts. the hotel's key location near the restaurant next door was a convenient bonus, and I enjoyed the 10% discount I received for dining there. it was a pleasant and enjoyable experience.

One aspect that could be improved upon is the limited number of entrances to the hotel. I found it inconvenient that there was only a front entrance and one at the side, with the emergency entrance at the other end of the building.

The location was convenient and right off the highway exit. the rooms were well decorated and smelled fresh. the breakfast offered a variety of options including eggs, bacon, sausage, biscuits, and pastries.

There was poor communication regarding reservation changes. the hotel required manager permission for any changes made after the cancel deadline, which caused inconvenience and additional driving.
