the room was incredibly clean and had a fresh, vibrant atmosphere. the front desk staff went above and beyond when our pizza was delivered to the wrong hotel. They immediately contacted another nearby hotel, who graciously walked it over and delivered it right to our door. the staff's dedication to customer service was exceptional, especially the person who worked until 11:00 pm that night. the property itself was conveniently located near downtown and offered affordable rates. the beds were comfortable, the decor was modern, and it felt like a brand new facility. the breakfast selection was excellent, and the coffee was delicious. I also appreciated the long pool hours and the family game room, which were a hit with the kids. the personalized greeting on the TV in our room was a nice touch that made us feel special.

We recently stayed at Tru By Hilton in Comstock Park for a weekend getaway. The room looked fresh and vibrant with updated decor. The lobby was well-appointed with plenty of comfy seating. The staff went above and beyond when our pizza was delivered to the wrong hotel. They quickly found it and even brought it right to our door. The hotel also had a unique security feature that made us feel safe and secure. the hotel was clean, quiet, and provided a great breakfast with friendly staff.

They had plenty of parking available, and the ADA room I stayed in was adequate for my requirements. I found the room to be fresh and clean, with vibrant colors that added to the overall ambiance. the highlight of my stay was when we ordered a pizza, and it was delivered to the wrong hotel. the front desk staff went above and beyond to help, calling a nearby hotel and arranging for the pizza to be delivered to us. Despite the mix-up, the staff member displayed excellent customer service by personally delivering the pizza right to our door. It was truly a caring and exceptional experience.

The rooms at Tru By Hilton were comfortable and the location was perfect for our needs. The hotel had plenty of parking and the common room area was great. We really enjoyed the food options available around the front desk. The cleanliness of the rooms was top-notch, and we appreciated the energy-efficient lights and AC. we had a pleasant experience.

It would have been nice to have a bigger pool, and we expected the blankets to be more luxurious. Additionally, the AC/Heat in the room was a bit fickle, making it difficult to find a comfortable temperature.

I gotta say, for the price we paid, we got a great value at Tru By Hilton. The room was super clean, stylish, and had all the USB ports we needed for charging. Plus, it was just a short walk to the LMCU baseball field. The staff was friendly and helpful too.

As for breakfast choices, it would've been nice to have a bit more variety. But hey, overall, we were really pleased with our stay at Tru By Hilton.

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The property was conveniently located, making it easy for us to explore the downtown area. The hotel was well-staffed and the employees were friendly and helpful. The cleanliness of the rooms and the entire hotel was impressive. The beds were very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The decor was modern and tasteful, making it feel like a new facility. The breakfast selection was excellent, and the coffee was delicious.

the hotel had a modern feel and was conveniently located near various attractions. the staff were friendly and we were particularly impressed with the hardworking gentleman in housekeeping with dreads. the room was clean, fresh, and vibrant with beautiful colors. We had a small issue with a pizza delivery that was mistakenly sent to another hotel, but the front desk person went above and beyond to rectify the situation. They called the other hotel and personally delivered the pizza to our door late at night. It was a truly caring gesture that showed their dedication to customer satisfaction.
