I loved that the hotel was just a short drive from exciting spots like the Calgary SpacePort, perfect for a fun outing, and its proximity to Laycock Park made my walks truly enjoyable with beautiful scenery around. I felt welcomed by the friendly staff and found my room to be very clean and comfy, making it a great retreat after a day of exploring.

The shuttle service was fast and super convenient, especially with five teenagers.

Unfortunately, there were several downsides to my stay. The ability to get to the hotel from the airport was frustrating, as it took two hours due to waiting in the snow for the shuttle. The room I stayed in felt quite tired as well, with a coffee machine that was too dirty to use. Additionally, the dinner options were very limited, and the breakfast was just basic, served on paper plates.

absolutely loved the slow check-in at 11 p.m.—perfect for someone who's been traveling all day, right? enjoyed a lukewarm shower because who needs hot water? I couldn’t help but notice there was no complimentary upgrade or snack awaiting me, I mean a little special treatment wouldn’t hurt. truly disappointing. I just couldn’t give a better review.

I had an issue with the water temperature in the shower, which kept switching between hot and cold. It was hard to manage during a shower and should be fixed.

The spacious rooms, the welcoming staff, the nearby bike trail for runs was simply grewt.
