We recently stayed at Best Western in Pensacola for a week and we loved it! The staff was friendly and always ready to assist. The lobby had a beautiful design that perfectly captured the essence of the area. The pool and basketball goal were a hit, and it was easy to come and go. The shower was great and the entire hotel was well-maintained. Breakfast was delicious, and we were treated with warmth and kindness by the breakfast attendant. We will definitely be back!

The breakfast had a great selection and the pancake machine was awesome! I accidentally left my daughter's favorite doll behind, but the staff called us and held it for us until we could come back. I had a great stay at this hotel.

The hotel provided great amenities for families, including a basketball court for the kids to enjoy. The staff was friendly and the rooms were exceptionally clean and well-maintained. Highly recommended for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The staff were friendly and attentive, the room was clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was well appointed with a spacious tub. The breakfast options were great and the coffee in the room was surprisingly good. The king bed was comfortable and the housekeeping staff were efficient. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel had a good location, close to popular attractions and easily accessible. I also liked that they offered free cancellation within a short amount of time if we didn't like the room. Another advantage was the friendly staff who were pleasant and helpful during our stay.

There were a couple of issues that made our stay less enjoyable. The room had a smoke smell, even though it was supposed to be a non-smoking room.
