As young people, we loved the modern and uncluttered feel of the hotel. The lobby and skydeck were nice, providing lots of comfortable seating and games. The rooms were fantastic and very clean. The location was perfect for shopping and exploring the area. The staff was super friendly and always willing to help. We highly recommend this hotel to all our work partners.

Tru By Hilton Pigeon Forge was fantastic! Its cleanliness, hotel facilities, location just on the outskirts of town, and friendly staff were the best aspects. The hotel was spotless and had a rooftop area and game area that I loved. Plus, the location was ideal, situated in a quiet area of this city, right across the street from the Island. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, making my stay even more enjoyable.

The location is great, just a short walk from The Island. Being right across from The Island means easy access to shops, restaurants, and attractions. Also nearby is a nice lobby area with fun games to play.

Some of the facilities are lacking. The indoor pool is small and can get crowded, and the walls are thin so noise can be an issue.

Great staff, clean facilities, and convenient location near attractions. the hotel offered a delicious breakfast and had ample seating in the lobby and dining area. Sanitizer was provided throughout the motel, which made me feel safe during my stay. the rooftop seating area was fantastic, providing beautiful views and a cozy atmosphere with gas fire top tables. the scenery from the sixth floor was lovely. the hotel had a welcoming and comfortable environment.

I found the rooms to be on the smaller side, with no closet or drawers for clothes. Living out of a suitcase for more than a couple of days was inconvenient.

The rooms at Tru By Hilton Pigeon Forge are just so cozy and inviting. I could totally unwind with the flat-screen TV and the free WiFi. It felt like a little home away from home.

Personally, I found the bathrooms a bit snug, but I know others may not mind.

The location of the hotel was perfect for our Easter vacation. It was within walking distance of the Island and other attractions, making it convenient for our family to explore the area. Additionally, the breakfast offered a great selection of options, including yogurt and oatmeal, which we enjoyed.

There were a few aspects that could have been better. the soap dispensers in the bathroom were empty, which was a bit inconvenient.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The indoor pool was fantastic with great views and a convenient water dispenser. All the main common areas, including the lobby and sky deck, were super nice. The breakfast was great and the staff was very friendly. The hotel was spotlessly clean and smelled wonderful. I absolutely loved the shampoo, conditioner, and lotion provided. The location was perfect, right across from The Island, making it easy to walk to shops and entertainment.
