Twin Mountain Inn & Suites impressed us with its updated, clean rooms. Sitting on the balcony, we enjoyed watching wildlife by the river. the comfy bed and amazing staff added to our fantastic experience at a great location near the strip.

Fantastic stay! Jetted tub, kitchen, fireplace - perfect combo. Breakfast spread - yum! Best spot to explore the area from. Outdoor fire pit was a hit. Room with river view and balcony = A+. Convenient trolley service. Hilariously waited on dollywood shuttles. Comfy rooms, great amenities. Seasonal pool a bonus. Friendly service and 24/7 assistance. Close to airport. Will cherish my Studio Suite memories. Loved every second of it! Grazie!

Geno's Pizza is the local legend for meaty, cheesy slices—absolute mouthwatering bliss! Funky Budha and Cielito Lindo are just steps away for a taste bud fiesta. Plus, the river view rooms are serene, and the staff's warmth feels like a big ol' Southern hug.

The only hiccup? The fridge's noisy serenade that kept us up all night.

we had a fantastic stay at Twin Mountain; the private balcony overlooking the river was perfect for our morning coffee, watching the geese down by the water. the staff was exceptional, and the pet-friendly policy for any size dog was greatly appreciated. thank you for welcoming our furry family member with open arms!

The cozy, rustic decor of the hotel, with its warm fireplace and comfortable seating areas, made me feel right at home. The general areas were well-maintained and easily accessible for senior people like myself. I especially appreciated the well-lit hallways and spacious elevator, which made it easy to move around. It was comforting to feel safe and at ease in such a welcoming environment.

I would have appreciated if the children of the staff could be a bit more mindful of the volume when playing in the pool area, as it can be a bit overwhelming for seniors seeking a peaceful vacation.

Excellent Room Size and Scenic Views

The room size was amazing, with a fireplace and balcony overlooking a beautiful stream. Plenty of space for walking pets and the staff, especially Robert, was very friendly. One thing that could be improved is having more variety in the breakfast options.

We were blown away by how sparkling clean the rooms were, the cozy fireplace, and the super comfy beds!🔥 The pool was a great spot to chill, plus they got sun loungers to catch some rays. The only downside was the tiny breakfast area, but hey, who needs that when there's tons of yummy local eateries around! top-notch spot for a relaxing stay, and we're already planning our next trip back.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The lobby was beautiful and the room size was amazing. We especially loved the fact that there were 2 sinks in separate areas. The balcony provided a great spot to sit and watch the river and all the waterfowl. The beds were comfortable and having a little couch to hang out on was a nice touch. The fireplace added a cozy and inviting atmosphere to the room.

I couldn't resist the temptation of making my own vanilla waffles for breakfast and indulging in fresh fruit and pastries. Staying at Twin Mountain Inn was the best decision ever, with a beautiful view, free WiFi, and even a fireplace in the lobby. It was a no-brainer!

As if the hard beds weren't enough, the elevator took forever. But hey, who needs a comfortable bed and a speedy elevator when you have all these other amazing things, right?

The location was great, right in the heart of the city close to all the attractions. The rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated. The beds were comfortable and the pillows were fluffy. The mini fridge and microwave in the room were convenient for storing and heating up food. The pool was clean and well-maintained, perfect for a refreshing swim after a long day of work.

The parking was a bit cramped and it was a struggle to find a spot. It would have been nice to have larger towels available.

loved the peaceful location overlooking the river, adorable baby geese & ducks, and comfy beds. Staff was amazing and accommodating when our flight was delayed. Best hotel we've stayed at in a while, clean rooms, great breakfast, and a balcony to relax on. We'll definitely be back.

floors could use a good cleaning

I recently stayed at Twin Mountain Inn & Suites for a few nights and it was fantastic! From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a jacuzzi tub, fireplace, and balcony overlooking the river. The hotel was incredibly clean, and I even felt comfortable not wearing socks in the room. The view was beautiful and the fire pit area was a great place to relax. The breakfast had a variety of options and was better than your average hotel breakfast. I can't say enough good things about this place, it truly felt like my home away from home.

I recently stayed at Twin Mountain Inn & Suites in Pigeon Forge for a business trip, and I was thoroughly impressed. The seasonal outdoor pool was a refreshing retreat after a long day of meetings. It was open from May through September, providing a perfect opportunity to relax and unwind during the warm months. The pool area was well-maintained and offered comfortable loungers, making it easy to soak up the sun or enjoy a leisurely swim.
