Guests can enjoy a nice view of all three parks from their rooms, making the stay enjoyable and comfortable.

During my business trip to Orlando, my director chose Universal's Endless Summer Resort - Surfside Inn And Suites for our stay, and I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the accommodations. The Mandara Spa at Universal's on-site Portofino Bay Resort was a wonderful retreat after a long day of meetings. The serene atmosphere and professional service made my experience truly relaxing.

They had a blast playing in the cool water and making new friends. The games room was a hit as well, keeping them entertained with various activities while we relaxed. The outdoor pool was a great spot for us to unwind and enjoy the sunshine.

My wife says that more kids' meal options at the cafeteria would be great.

The hotel's bright, funky decor and beachside surf theme really brought a smile to my face. The general areas, especially the lobby and recreation spaces, were spacious and had plenty of seating with easy access to charging ports, making it convenient for us seniors. Additionally, the hotel's location and the free shuttle service made it very accessible for us to explore Universal.

I would have appreciated a more diverse menu at the cafeteria-style restaurant, especially catering to the dietary needs of senior guests.

I recently stayed at a fantastic hotel in Orlando for a few days with my family. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the food at the hotel was excellent. They even provided a brand new cot for our one-year-old daughter, which fit perfectly in our clean and bright room. The hotel also offers shuttles to and from Universal every few minutes, allowing us to take advantage of early park admission and avoid long security lines. we had a lovely experience and would definitely recommend this hotel.

We loved our stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and perfect for our needs, with plenty of room for our bags. The cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding and the hotel facilities, including the game room and gym, were brand new and enjoyable. The staff was extremely helpful, especially Hannah, who went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. The location was excellent, close to the parks and restaurants, and the shuttle service to Universal Studios was convenient, running every 10 minutes.

Our family of four stayed for a week and enjoyed every minute. The staff were all amazing, especially the employees at the on-site store. They went above and beyond to provide excellent service, even exchanging my son's broken Harry Potter cloak button without us asking. The hotel also took care of a broken statue we purchased from the park, showing exceptional customer service. The value for the price was great, with clean facilities and a spacious 2 bedroom suite with kitchenette. We appreciated the extras like the affordable cafe, Starbucks, ticket counter, and workout facilities.

The views over International Drive at sunset from the hotel were simply breathtaking, and the pool view from my room added a touch of relaxation to my stay. One evening, as I was walking through the lobby, the staff member at the front desk went out of their way to help me find a nearby restaurant that served my favorite cuisine. It was a gesture that truly made me feel welcomed and valued as a guest. The hotel's free Wi-Fi was a pleasant surprise and made it easy for me to stay connected during my visit.

The cafe at the hotel, while convenient, was a bit on the expensive side for daily breakfast, and the coffee was not as hot as I would have liked.

The fabulous pool deck features a children's splash pad and a huge surfboard-shaped main pool with zero-depth entry, as well as plenty of sun-loungers and an inviting pool bar. Our kids had a blast at the splash pad and made friends while we relaxed by the pool, sipping on refreshing mocktails.

The bedding covers felt more like a big towel than a blanket.
