We had a great experience at Holiday Inn Express. the front desk staff went above and beyond to fix a reservation issue, and our room was spacious and clean. the pool and sauna were very nice, and we enjoyed the full breakfast, which saved us money. the location was convenient, and the staff was friendly. a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Express in a comfortable suite while dropping off our nephew at SUNY Potsdam. The staff were friendly, efficient, and courteous. The beds were comfortable, and the new amenities being installed were nice. We enjoyed the indoor pool, perfect for playing water basketball. The breakfast included a waffle maker and a selection of scrambled eggs, bacon, and hash.
