I had an amazing stay at this place. The location is perfect, nestled by a large residential area right at lakeside. The views are breathtaking and I loved being able to relax on the porch and soak in the serene atmosphere. The staff here are friendly and attentive, making sure all my needs were met. The room amenities were top-notch, with a comfortable sitting area and a bathtub for ultimate relaxation. The refrigerator and microwave came in handy for quick meals, and the flat-screen TV provided entertainment options. I truly felt at home here.

I had a delightful stay at a peaceful resort surrounded by deer. It was such a joy to feed the deer and have them eat right out of my hand. The pool area looked amazing, although I didn't have the chance to use it. The units were clean and the staff was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about the area. I've been to the resort twice already because I loved it so much.

Unexpected Wildlife

During my recent stay at The Shores at Lake Travis, I had a truly memorable and unexpected encounter with wildlife. While enjoying a relaxing soak in the jet tub, my wife let out a scream that brought me running. To our surprise, there was a scorpion perched on the wall! Although this unexpected encounter cut our stay short, it added a sense of adventure to our experience. Despite the outdated facilities, the unique opportunity to witness wildlife up close made our stay at The Shores at Lake Travis memorable. I would recommend this hotel for those seeking a unique and adventurous getaway.

We had a great time at our recent stay! One of the best aspects was being able to feed deer by hand right from our patio. It was such a unique and fun experience. the unit we stayed in was good, and we found the kitchen to be well-stocked with dishes. the staff was also very friendly and helpful, providing us with great advice on local attractions.

There were a couple of drawbacks to our stay. the beds in our unit were not very comfortable and could definitely use replacing.

Started the New Year right at an awesome resort in the beautiful Texas Hill Country! Loved the relaxing atmosphere and stunning views of the lake. the spacious rooms and comfortable beds made for a wonderful stay. Plus, the resort had a ton of great amenities, including a pool and sports facilities.

The lack of upkeep in some areas was a bit disappointing. the carpets were stained and the furniture was a bit worn and smelly.

The value for money at this resort was excellent. The room was comfortable and had all the amenities of home, including a fully stocked kitchen. The location was perfect, with easy access to the lake and a friendly neighborhood. The staff members were incredibly nice and helpful.
