We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff, especially Mr. Gocha and Mrs. Tamar, were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The room was phenomenal, with a spacious layout, breathtaking views, and a private sauna. The breakfast options were varied and delicious, including a gluten-free corner. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, with fresh towels and daily room service. The location couldn't have been better, with easy access to the Europe Square and the famous Boulevard. And let's not forget about the Umami above the clouds 360 bar and restaurant, which offered amazing sushi and tempura dishes. this hotel made our vacation extra special and memorable. We can't wait to come back!

I was amazed by the breathtaking view from my room, especially the sea view. The room was very spacious, comfortable and equipped with a private sauna which was a nice touch. The breakfast was delicious with various options to choose from. I had a pleasant stay!

Located near the beach and the city center, this hotel offers a great location. The rooms are large and modern with some having stunning views of the area. The staff are friendly and go above and beyond to provide excellent service.

The breakfast service starts a bit late for early risers.

We were offered two complimentary drinks upon arrival, which was a nice touch. the hotel is situated close to the beach and some good restaurants. We also enjoyed the beautiful view from our room and spent a lot of time relaxing on the balcony.

The staff seemed inexperienced and unorganized. Our room was not properly cleaned, and housekeeping only came upon request which was not clearly communicated to us.
