We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The concierges were incredibly friendly and helpful, ensuring we had everything we needed. The rooms were spacious, clean, and provided us with utmost comfort. The bedding was top-notch, making our sleep incredibly peaceful. The hotel's location was perfect, situated in a pedestrian-friendly area with plenty of shopping and dining options within walking distance. We really appreciated the 12pm check-out, allowing us to relax and enjoy our stay to the fullest.

Our only disappointment was the view from our room. Despite paying extra for a city view, we were placed on the 2nd floor behind a tree facing the driveway.

We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel! The location was very convenient for us as we arrived directly from the airport and didn't have a car. Being within walking distance of several shops and restaurants made it so easy for us to explore and enjoy the area. The hotel itself is situated in a great spot, surrounded by shops and good restaurants. We felt safe and secure even when we were out with our kids late at night. The service provided by the staff was outstanding and we are forever thankful for their awesome service. They were very pleasant and helpful, making us feel right at home.
