The location was ideal for our trip, with great shopping nearby. The hotel itself is beautiful and our junior queen suite was perfect for our family.

We stayed for a wedding and had a great time. The hotel is close to a mall, town centre, and plenty of restaurants. The staff was friendly, and the fresh cookies and candy canes in reception were a great touch. The rooms were comfortable, and plenty of family and friends enjoyed the convenience of walking to local entertainment options.

Breakfast service was a bit slow and inconsistent on the egg station and coffee bar.

The hotel had a great location, with easy access to shopping and dining options. the staff was friendly and accommodating, especially the bartender who was helpful and made our experience pleasant. the hotel had a beautiful and clean appearance, which was definitely a plus.

The noise level in the hotel was quite high and made it difficult to have a peaceful stay, especially for business travel. the room we initially received was a connecting room, and we could hear every word of our neighbors' conversation.

This hotel is situated in a perfect location, with lots of places to walk to nearby. The staff were really helpful and offered a basic breakfast that was included in the price. I stayed in a room with a large bed which was really comfortable, and my teenager slept well on the roll-out bed. The room also had a fantastic view of Easton.

I recently stayed at Hilton in Columbus for my 20th wedding anniversary. The staff was excellent and accommodated my requests for a perfect room with wine and flowers. The hotel's location was convenient and the shuttle service to Easton Place was a bonus. The staff's friendliness and caring attitude made our stay even more enjoyable. The room accommodations were very nice, and the pool and workout areas were clean and well-maintained. Additionally, the selection of food inside the hotel was awesome.

The rooms were spacious, clean, and provided us with utmost comfort. The bedding was top-notch, making our sleep incredibly peaceful. The hotel's location was perfect, situated in a pedestrian-friendly area with plenty of shopping and dining options within walking distance. We really appreciated the 12pm check-out, allowing us to relax and enjoy our stay to the fullest.

Our only disappointment was the view from our room. Despite paying extra for a city view, we were placed on the 2nd floor behind a tree facing the driveway.

The hotel was beautifully decorated and very clean. the staff was friendly and helpful. the location was fantastic, right across from a huge outdoor mall with lots of shops and restaurants.

There was no concierge level stay on weekends. the parking was a bit expensive, with a charge of $8 for self-park and $20 for valet.
