Great vibes and convenient location

Room was super clean and spacious. Loved the shower with the dispenser products—way easier than those tiny bottles! Staff was friendly, and my kids were all about that Starbucks in the lobby. Drawback? The first room we got had some weird stuff on the floor, so we had to switch rooms after a long drive.

The hotel's lobby and common areas were beautifully decorated, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for senior guests. The easy accessibility of the hotel, with well-maintained elevators and spacious hallways, made it convenient for older individuals to move around comfortably during their stay.

The children of the staff need to provide more assistance for senior guests.

Our assigned rooms were on different floors and didn't connect as promised. The carpet smelled, and the bathroom cleanliness was unacceptable.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a luxurious 4-star hotel. The location of this place was perfect for shopping and dining. It was connected to a top-notch mall, so I had access to a wide variety of restaurant choices. The hotel itself was in an area with plenty to do, even if you don't have access to transportation. The service at this hotel was impeccable. They offered room service, car hire, dry cleaning, and other amenities. The staff was able to make every request happen, ensuring that I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

I recently stayed at the Sheraton in Keystone Crossing for a quick getaway. The spacious and well-designed rooms provided a comfortable and relaxing environment. One of my favorite features was the indoor pool, which had a lovely patio area on the third floor. The linens and bedding were top-notch, ensuring a great night's sleep. I was also impressed by the cleanliness of the hotel - it was spotless! Another perk was the hotel's proximity to the mall and various restaurants, all within walking distance. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the hotel connects to the mall via a safe walkway. Lastly, having a coffee maker with Starbucks coffee and complimentary condiments in the room was a great touch.

I highly recommend this hotel.

The staff was fantastic - helpful, friendly, and accommodating. The valet Nick and the ladies in the dining room provided excellent service with a smile. The workout facility was top-notch, with a variety of equipment and disposable headphones provided. The location was perfect, surrounded by great places to eat and shop.

Nothing not to like.

The location is great, just a short distance to the fashion mall and there are many restaurants and shopping options nearby. Plus, being attached to the mall is a nice convenience. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable, offering a good night's sleep.

The lack of attention to detail and poor soundproofing can really ruin the experience. In one case, a guest had their door opened by a neighbor and it caused embarrassment.

The value for the money was great, and our room was clean and comfortable. The location was perfect, with plenty of restaurants nearby. The staff was friendly and provided excellent service.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location is perfect - it's connected to an indoor shopping mall by a connecting bridge, making it extremely convenient. The hotel facilities are top-notch, particularly the pool and hot tubs. I also loved that I was given a newly renovated room on the top floor, which was super nice. The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating, from the quick and painless check-in to the friendly bartender at the hotel. the cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, with a distinct and noticeable room freshener that made the entire place smell wonderful.

All was well during my stay.

I rented a Jr Suite for my Birthday and the hotel was able to accommodate me with a different Suite at the same rate. The staff provided excellent customer service, bringing extra chairs and a blanket when requested. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the hotel had a great location near the mall and highway. I had a phenomenal stay and really enjoyed my overnight Birthday celebration. Thank you, Sheraton!

Rooms were comfortable with nice bedding, and good location. The breakfast served was great and staff members, especially Nathan, Natasha, and the valet guy were helpful and friendly. a peaceful and pleasant stay.

Comfortable bed, quiet room. Friendly staff, attractive lobby. Guests working on laptops in the morning. Corner room with plenty of natural light. Netflix and Bluetooth features in the room. Amazing closet space. Clean facilities in a good location.
