The location of the hotel was a major plus for my city break. Being close to the metro and within walking distance of many businesses was incredibly convenient. I also loved the fact that there were plenty of great coffee shops, bars, and restaurants in the area. It made exploring the city and finding good places to eat and drink a breeze. Additionally, the staff at the hotel were very friendly and welcoming, which added to the overall positive experience.

The location is unbeatable - just a short walk to the Union Square underground station, making it so easy to get around. The restaurant and bar are really good, and the breakfast options are excellent - quality over quantity. The staff were friendly and helpful, and they even make great coffee. We loved the prime location of this hotel, away from the real tourist hotspots but still close enough to easily access all the Manhattan sites. The metro station was super close, making it convenient to explore the city. The room was spacious and had a comfortable bed, providing a good night's sleep. As women traveling alone, we felt completely at ease and safe during our stay. The hotel manager, Dan, went above and beyond to accommodate our special requests and made our experience exceptional. The central location allowed us easy access to Union Square's farmer's market, excellent restaurants, and convenient NYC transportation.

The room was too cold and noisy, with machine-like noises and constant car horns and sirens from outside. The lack of soundproofing made it difficult to sleep.
