The room had a preset A/C at 74° but only received a few channels. Customer service was lacking, and despite my deposit being taken, they claimed otherwise. Not a great experience overall.

Super clean vibe in the room, complete with a microwave and fridge. Weekday rates are a steal compared to the weekend.

The price jumped like a kangaroo on a busy day! And trust me, those 'sold out' signs are just motivational quotes for your wallet. 😅

I had a lovely stay at West Coast Inn Santa Ana. The room was exceptionally clean, equipped with a refrigerator and microwave which made my stay very comfortable. The staff were considerate and helped me with my requests promptly. The parking was ample and security was reassuring, making it easy for me to relax and enjoy my visit.

Wi-Fi access was limited to one device.

Had a great time with friends staying here! The location is perfect—just 5 miles from Angel Stadium and the Metrolink Station makes exploring super easy. We loved checking out Adventure City nearby, especially the laser tag. Room was clean and comfy, perfect for our group getaway.

However, we did face an issue with the bathroom linens. One of the washcloths was dirty, which was disappointing.

I was drawn in by the promise of a jacuzzi, but it was pretty standard, not much to write home about. The room was clean and had a fridge, which was useful for keeping my drinks cool during the hot days!

I noticed a broken towel rack, and there was a dirty washcloth, which was a bummer. The air conditioning worked great, but it would be nice to have more washcloths. We also had issues with the Wi-Fi codes being limited to one device. Overall, it was an okay stay, just some annoying little things that added up.
