Nothing not to love.

The hotel is located in a "local" neighborhood outside of the hectic Siem Reap center. It offers a tranquil atmosphere away from the hustle and bustle. The rooms are extremely spacious and luxurious, with comfortable beds and well-appointed amenities. The breakfast options are superb, with a wide variety of Asian and Western dishes to choose from. The swimming pool is huge and pristine, providing a relaxing spot to unwind.

The spa facilities could use some improvement, as the hot and cold pools were not accessible due to maintenance issues.

We had an amazing stay at a resort in Siem Reap. the rooms were spacious, beautifully decorated, and had a sitting area. the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. the resort had a huge pool where you could swim circles. the spa and restaurants were also top-notch. the breakfast options were great, with a mix of western and asian food. It was the perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring temples.

The pool is huge and has an island in it which was very cool. the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist us with anything we needed. Another advantage was the location, close to many attractions and restaurants.

Our Thanksgiving dinner was a big disappointment. the food was not very good and the service was very slow.

From the exclusive amenities to the top-notch service, we felt pampered from start to finish. the Spa & wellness centre was exceptional, offering a wide variety of treatments including full body massages and body wraps. the swimming pool was also a highlight, with its saltwater pool and Jacuzzi providing the perfect spot for relaxation. the outdoor dining area and BBQ facilities were great for enjoying meals in the sun. We couldn't have asked for a better location either, offering easy access to all the sights of the city.

We were hoping for more evening activities such as music or a show, but it was not available.

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality and attentive service. Our room was spacious, impeccably clean, and had a comfortable bed that provided us with a restful night's sleep. The resort's facilities were impressive, especially the enormous salt and freshwater pool where we could relax after a day of exploring. We even had the opportunity to join a complimentary yoga class in the morning, which was a rejuvenating experience. The spa treatment we received was top-notch and left us feeling relaxed and pampered. The resort's breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The overall atmosphere and style of the resort added to the enjoyment of our stay. We highly recommend this resort to other travelers seeking an exceptional experience.
