Staff provided excellent customer service, attentive and not bothered by requests. Amazing view on the 64th floor, daughter had a roller coaster experience in the open glass elevator.

We absolutely loved the stunning view from our room and the open-roof pool on the 11th floor. It was such a treat to relax by the pool and take in the beautiful surroundings. The staff were also very helpful and friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable.
