I recently stayed at the Woodlands Hotel & Suites in Williamsburg and had a great experience. The breakfast offered was plentiful and had a wide variety of options. The hotel is conveniently located next to the visitor center for Colonial Williamsburg, making it easy to explore the area. The room was comfortable, despite being a bit dated. However, the staff made up for it with their amazing service. Every single person I interacted with was super friendly and helpful. When I had to make a change to my reservation regarding bringing my dog, they accommodated my request and even provided a dog-friendly room. it was a wonderful stay and I would definitely choose to stay at the Woodlands Hotel again.

The breakfast at Woodlands Hotel - A Colonial used to be amazing with hot options and a make-your-own waffle station. Although they have made some changes and now charge extra for the hot offerings, the hotel still offers a great variety of hot and cold options for breakfast. The kids loved making their own waffles. The hotel also has a beautiful pool area with plenty of space for everyone to enjoy. The location is perfect, within walking distance to Colonial Williamsburg and there is a shuttle to Busch Gardens and Water Country. I highly recommend this hotel for a family-friendly stay.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, right next to the Colonial Williamsburg Visitor's Center. It was so convenient to be able to walk to all the historic sites. The hotel is nestled in a beautiful wooded area, which added to the charm and tranquility of our stay. The rooms were spacious and clean, with all the amenities we needed. We especially appreciated the tea and coffee facilities in the room, as well as the comfortable sitting area. The staff here were always happy and helpful, providing excellent service throughout our stay.

What a great thanksgiving experience! Loved the warm welcome from the front desk staff and cheerful housekeeping and breakfast attendants. the complementary breakfast had a good variety of items and the discounted tickets to the nearby attraction were a nice bonus. the location was perfect with easy access to the shuttle and walking distance to everything.

The beds were on the small side and the room was a little dated, but still comfortable. the furniture could use updating and the TV was a bit temperamental.
