Friendly staff, clean rooms, great breakfast.

The staff was friendly and helped us with everything we needed. The shuttle service to nearby attractions was a big plus for our honeymoon.

It wasn't inexpensive, but for what we got, it felt reasonable.

The heating in the room was inconsistent, leaving us either too warm or too cold at different times. The air conditioning unit was loud and struggled to maintain a comfortable temperature. We were disappointed to find that there were no tea and coffee facilities in the room, which is something we usually look forward to during our travels. Despite these drawbacks, we appreciated the sitting area in the lobby where we could relax and unwind. The garden furniture outside was a nice touch, although we didn't have much time to enjoy it. The free toiletries provided were basic but sufficient for our needs. The room featured an AM/FM alarm clock, which was a handy addition, and the flat-screen TV offered a good selection of channels for entertainment. The carpeted floor in the room seemed clean and well-maintained. Housekeeping did a decent job of keeping the room tidy, although we did notice a few missed spots during our stay. The laundry service was convenient, but we found the prices to be a bit high. One highlight of our stay was the free shuttle service to nearby attractions. It was a convenient way to explore the area without having to worry about driving or parking.

The shuttle to downtown was a fantastic perk, especially since they now service the River Arts District. Breakfast could use improvement—cold eggs and a lack of fresh options were disappointing. The bathroom design missed the mark, with awkward lighting and no towel hangers. Minor frustrations aside, the price and value are hard to beat, making it a solid choice for anyone visiting the area.

Perfectly placed near great dining and local attractions

I loved how easily I could stroll to plenty of restaurants and shops, with many options just a few steps away like the Earth Fare grocery store and Green Sage Cafe, plus the downtown attractions like the Basilica of Saint Lawrence and River Arts District were all within a short drive or walk, making it super convenient for my weekend explorations as the room was also large, clean, and comfortable, but the shower water temperature could use some improvement.

Super clean and comfy! The king suite was huge and had everything: a fireplace, mini fridge, microwave, desk, and even a pull-out couch. Breakfast was decent: juice, waffles, and fruit. Love the shuttle to downtown. Plus, there’s a heated indoor pool and outdoor firepit. Conveniently located near shops too.

I had such a frustrating stay! The power went out twice during the night, leaving us fumbling around to fix the smoke detector. It was so inconvenient and no one offered any help or compensation for the hassle. Just awful!

The indoor pool was a delightful way to unwind after a day of adventure. I loved cozying up by the fire pit in the evenings—it felt like home! The staff were genuinely friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay fabulous.
