The staff at the front desk, especially the lady who went above and beyond to clean my room, were friendly and helpful. The halls were quiet, allowing for a peaceful stay.

This hotel is conveniently located near a strip mall with various shopping and dining options. It's also close to other stores in the area and great for those attending a wedding in Vienna. The rooms are updated with comfortable beds and the staff is very accommodating, fixing any issues quickly just like when a malfunctioning remote control was replaced in moments!

The water pressure and temperature in the shower can be inconsistent and frustrating to deal with.

My wife and I traveled from Ohio for a birthday party in Parkersburg and stayed at Wingate all weekend. The 24-hour pool was perfect for our boys who enjoyed swimming till midnight every night. The hot breakfast was delicious both mornings, with a buffet-style setup where the staff served customers safely. The rooms were clean and had everything we needed. The staff was exceptionally friendly, and the service and facilities exceeded our expectations.

The beds were comfortable, providing a good night's sleep. The location of the hotel was convenient, with nearby stores and restaurants within walking distance. Plus, the complementary breakfast offered a variety of options and flavored creamer for my coffee, which I enjoyed.

The in-room coffee was the worst I've ever tasted. Despite requesting a room on the third floor in advance, we were given rooms on the second floor due to a baseball fleet.

Staying here was such a fantastic experience! This venue is in a great location surrounded by plenty of restaurants and hills of the Ohio River Valley. I loved the room amenities such as the tea and coffee facilities and the room service breakfast. The staff was amazing, from the housekeeping to the staff on evening and night shift. They were so polite and helpful! The leisure center provided so much fun with an indoor swimming pool and bbq facilities, and the sun loungers were a great way to relax and unwind. The fitness center and spa & wellness center were also top-notch!
