Great location and friendly staff. Rooms need better cleaning and maintenance.

We recently stayed at a hotel in Frankenmuth and had a wonderful experience. The entire facility was clean, spacious, and inviting. Our room was really nice, with a small kitchenette area equipped with a microwave, sink, fridge, and coffee maker. The bathroom was clean, and the shower had wonderful water pressure. We rented a room with a pull-out couch to accommodate our group of five, and everyone was comfortable, even the guest on the pull-out couch. The breakfast in the morning was delicious and offered a wide variety of options, including omelets, meats, waffles, cereals, toasts, fruit, and more. It was also complimentary, which was a great bonus. The location was perfect, close to all the shops, and we even got to enjoy a fun festival that was happening during our stay. The only slight drawback was limited parking at the hotel.

This hotel was a great find for our stay! the location is unbeatable, right in the center of downtown, across from the River Place shops. The convenience of being able to walk around all the shops and attractions was fantastic. Secondly, the rooms were spacious and well-appointed, with two queen beds on totally separate floors. The addition of a spa tub and Jacuzzi in the room was a lovely touch. Lastly, the breakfast was a hit with the automatic pancake maker and the inclusion of healthier options. We definitely got our money's worth!

Our stay at Holiday Inn Express was fantastic. We spent three nights in Frankenmuth and the location couldn't have been better. We were able to walk to all the attractions in downtown. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, from the friendly and helpful check-in to accommodating us during breakfast when it got busy. The room was comfortable and had a real chair, which was a nice touch. The WiFi was fast and reliable, and the breakfast options were plentiful.

the hotel room was huge and the beds were very comfy. the location was perfect for exploring downtown Frankenmuth and the staff were super friendly. the custom breakfast options were a nice touch. definitely would stay again!

Our experience at Holiday Inn was exceptional! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. the young girl at the front desk was incredibly sweet and helpful. the location of the hotel was perfect, as we were able to walk to many activities and attractions in the downtown area. the king suite we stayed in was spacious and provided plenty of room for our kids and their friends. the pool was also a nice feature, adding to our overall enjoyment of our stay. the breakfast exceeded our expectations, with fresh and hot options, including the best cinnamon rolls we've ever tasted. Our rooms were spotlessly clean, and the staff was friendly and always ready to answer any questions we had. We highly recommend Holiday Inn to anyone visiting the area!

This hotel is perfectly located for a quick getaway. The location is fantastic, with plenty of stores, attractions, and the river right across the street. The Christmas store is just a few minutes away which is perfect during the holiday season. The rooms are clean and comfortable; the bathroom is spacious and well-equipped. The staff is friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. Breakfast is plentiful and varied, with plenty of options for everyone. this hotel has great facilities and offers a fantastic experience.

The parking situation could be improved as it can get quite busy.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, with beautiful Christmas lights everywhere and convenient access to River place shops just across the street. Another great aspect was the spacious room we had, allowing us to comfortably accommodate four people. Additionally, we appreciated the presence of DOVE products in the room, adding a nice touch of luxury.

On the downside, we encountered a few issues during our stay. the check-in process was a bit frustrating as the desk clerk initially couldn't find our reservation, despite having a stamped receipt.
