Comfortable beds, friendly staff, nice free shuttle. Toilet clogged, couldn't flush all night.

We loved the hotel’s prime location right across from the river and near great restaurants in the river market area. The facilities were impressive, including a top-notch breakfast with options like made-to-order omelets, which was a delightful way to start our day.

However, we noticed that the cleanliness standards could use improvement in some areas.

I loved the comfortable bed and stylish room—definitely well-designed! The breakfast buffet had plenty of delicious options, and the attentive staff made dining enjoyable. The complimentary shuttle was a bonus.

My check-in experience was frustrating. I arrived to find my room wasn't ready despite the advertised check-in time. Later, I had to wait again after not receiving a call as promised by the staff. To top it off, the noise from nearby guests kept me up all night, making my stay far less enjoyable than I had hoped.

I really appreciated how conveniently close this hotel is to the clinton presidential library and the river market district, making my weekend strolls through the city a joy. plus, the breakfast buffet was a great way to fuel up for a day of exploring with so many delicious options available.

Make reservations for the onsite restaurants in advance to avoid disappointments, especially for the popular Benihana.

Loved our stay! The pool area was super relaxing, and we enjoyed the outdoor lounge chairs after a long day of exploring the city. The only downside was the occasional noise from the hallway, but it didn't ruin our overall experience. 🌟

The front desk staff were welcoming, and my room was exceptionally clean with quality amenities. The breakfast options were diverse, but be sure to arrive early for best selections. I appreciated the nearby restaurant options, which added convenience to my solo trip.

This place was just a proper fit for a walk in the evening in Little Rock with extraordinarily good value for money. Breakfast was a highlight with a waffle chef who really knew how to flip those eggs, and my kids loved watching him. Definitely ask for extra towels early if you need them—might save some hassle later.
