The room was always clean and comfortable, providing a peaceful retreat on the quieter street. The staff, especially Susan, Hung, and their team, were incredibly welcoming and accommodating. Their language skills were exemplary, and they provided us with valuable recommendations for local trips, restaurants, and even arranged transfers, making our journey stress-free and enjoyable. The breakfast offered a good variety of both English and Vietnamese food, and the attentive staff were always available to assist. we had an excellent and friendly experience at Golden Art Hotel and would highly recommend it for its character, great location, and kind and attentive staff.
