I had a great stay at the Sugarloaf Inn. The location was perfect, with the ski lift just a short walk away and the village close by. The Mountain View room I booked exceeded my expectations and provided breathtaking views. The Shipyard Brewery and restaurant on-site were a cool place to hang out and the food was delicious. The staff was exceptional and very accommodating. The proximity to the ski lift made it convenient for a day out on the slopes. I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

It would have been nice to have a fireplace in the room. Additionally, the parking situation was a bit inconvenient as the parking near the inn was reserved for the restaurant guests.

The hotel's location is incredibly convenient for skiers, as it is right on the slopes of Sugarloaf Mountain Ski area. There's even a chairlift that takes you directly to the base of the mountain, or you can take a quick and enjoyable walk. The hotel is also situated on the shuttle route, giving you easy access to the entire resort. The service provided by the staff is excellent, with friendly and welcoming employees. The rooms have recently been updated and were ready for us upon arrival. The breakfast in the morning was huge and a great way to start the day, with a simple yet satisfying selection of cereals, juice, apples, and yogurts.

There is one small area for improvement - the breakfast could have had more variety and options. While it was a good start to the day, some guests may prefer a wider selection.

Great location and excellent service. The ski lift right outside the hotel made it incredibly convenient for skiing. The complimentary ski locker was a bonus. The free breakfast options were delicious and the dinners at the onsite restaurant were exceptional. The staff at the hotel and the restaurant were friendly and helpful. The location right off the ski trail is super convenient for getting started skiing. The ski locker downstairs adds to the convenience. The staff are really nice and friendly. Conveniently located near the ski resort, making it easy to hit the slopes right from the hotel. the locker room was a great feature, providing a safe and secure place to store our equipment overnight. the room itself was clean and comfortable, with a nice bathroom.

No coffee or tea available, which was quite disappointing, especially in the morning. the heating in our room didn't work properly, and the temperature was constantly below what we set it at.

We had a wonderful stay at a cozy inn with a rustic, ski lodge feel. The food at the restaurant/brew pub was excellent, thanks to Chef Will. The convenient location offered great views of the Sugarloaf Resort, and the locker room made it easy to store our ski gear. Despite some minor inconveniences, we would definitely recommend this inn and plan to return in the future. we had a fantastic experience.
