Our stay at the hostel was fantastic, as it was located in a really busy and great location, just off the busy beer street. We enjoyed being right beside main bars, which was ideal for us as a family with kids. The room was simple but had everything we needed, including comfortable beds. The staff provided friendly and helpful service, making our stay enjoyable. The breakfast offered a variety of delicious options to choose from, and we loved starting our day with a satisfying meal. the rooftop bar had a great vibe and we had a lot of fun there.

The curtains in the dorm room were kind of see-through, which made privacy a bit of a concern.

It was also clean, comfortable, and had great wifi service. the breakfast buffet was outstanding, offering a variety of options to choose from. the rooftop bar was a major highlight, perfect for socializing and enjoying the beautiful view of the city. I stayed in a place that was not the one in the pictures, but who cares? At least the staff was nice and the location was great. Yay!

Oh, and did I mention that the rooms were so small I couldn't even walk around? But hey, it's not like I needed personal space or anything.

We had an incredible stay at Backpackers Hostel & Rooftop Bar! the location couldn't have been better, right next to the lively Beer Street. the staff were so friendly and accommodating, even when our luggage was misplaced by the airline. They made sure it was delivered to our room after midnight and kept it safe for us. the rooftop bar is a must-visit, especially for watching the stunning sunset. the beds were cozy, and we loved that the rooms had key card entry. the breakfast buffet was one of the best we've had, offering both Vietnamese and western options. a fantastic experience with a fun and funny staff.

I had a fantastic stay at the hostel in the heart of the old quarter. The location was perfect, right on the busy Beer Street and next to the vibrant pub street. It was also close to streets filled with small restaurants and just a short walk away from the beautiful lake. The breakfast provided was outstanding, with a great variety of options including fresh omelets, scrambled eggs, and even Pho. The staff were friendly and helpful, making my experience even more enjoyable.

My stay at Bonsella Cozy was amazing! The breakfast exceeded my expectations with its variety of options and late serving hours. The location was perfect, allowing me to easily explore all that Hanoi has to offer. The staff were friendly and helpful, even assisting with arranging a taxi to the airport at a fair price. I felt safe and well taken care of throughout my stay.

While my bunk bed faced a window, I couldn't close the blinds, which let in extra light and noise from outside. Additionally, the bathroom could use more hooks for hanging towels and other items.

The location was jaw-dropping, super central and right beside main bars. Despite being in the lively area, it was surprisingly quiet in the room. The staff were mind-blowingly friendly and amazingly helpful. They arranged all our transfers and even called to check on us. The attention to detail was second to none, making sure our needs were met. Highly recommend this hostel for its excellent room, great location, and amazing staff!

The worst aspect of this hotel was the noise level at night which made it difficult to sleep. the walls were thin and I could hear people talking and laughing in the hallways.
