I had a very pleasant stay at Elegant Suites Westlake. The apartment was clean and chic, with all the necessary electronics like a hair dryer and washing machine. The location was away from the noise, perfect for a calm and relaxing stay. I also loved the cute massage parlors within walking distance. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located near the train station and is easily accessible to the west lake. The quiet neighborhood provides a peaceful atmosphere for families with small kids. The spacious rooms and well-maintained bathrooms offer a comfortable stay. The friendly and helpful staff ensures excellent service. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of delicious food options. Guests can enjoy the gym and other facilities provided by the hotel.

The hotel lacks nearby supermarkets or convenient stores, which might inconvenience guests who need to purchase additional supplies.

We were offered complimentary breakfast and a shuttle service to nearby attractions, which was a nice touch. the location was convenient as it was close to a shopping area and restaurants. We also enjoyed the comfortable beds.

The room was not properly cleaned, and there were stains on the carpet and furniture. the staff was not friendly, and we had to constantly remind them of our requests.

Great selection of buffet breakfast, attentive staff, convenient tour arrangements, ideal location with nearby restaurants, excellent gym.

Our suite at Elegant Suites had stunning views of the lake and the Red River, bringing back happy memories of our time in the area. the breakfast buffet offered a good range of cooked food and satisfied our appetites. the staff at the reception were attentive and friendly, taking care of all our needs. the 2 bedroom apartment we stayed in was spacious, comfortable, and perfect for our family trip. Although we couldn't enjoy the swimming pool due to the cold weather, there were plenty of other things to do and see in Hanoi. We will definitely be back to Tay Ho, where our friends are.

The luxurious amenities and facilities at this hotel exceeded our expectations. the Spa & wellness centre was exceptional, and the massage services were top-notch, providing ultimate relaxation. the Outdoor swimming pool offered stunning views with sun loungers that were perfect for sunbathing. the Rooftop pool was also great and had a pool with a view. the location was ideal, with easy access to the city center, yet peacefully quiet.

The only minor issue we encountered was the slow response of the room service staff. this was quickly resolved when we brought it to the attention of the front desk.
