As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the spacious rooms and bathrooms, the beautiful landscapes during kayaking, and the welcoming and helpful staff. The private balcony and big bathroom with a hot tub were a nice bonus.

The room was super spacious and had a jacuzzi bath tub with an amazing view. The staff were top notch, always friendly and attentive. The itinerary for the cruise was just right, with enough time for swimming and kayaking. The set lunch on the day boat was excellent. I would highly recommend this cruise.

Sitting in a cozy café on this small cruise ship, I enjoyed breathtaking views of the picturesque surroundings. The room was spacious and comfortable, with an upgraded grand suite offered upon request. The friendly staff made sure that every need was met, providing exceptional service throughout the trip. The breakfast menu was diverse, catering to different tastes. The movie theatre was a unique amenity, offering entertainment onboard.

We had an amazing romantic escape in a beautiful location. The stunning scenery surrounding us was a highlight. We also liked the complementary facts, like the comfortable room and the delicious food. The staff was very friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

We felt like we were rushed through the itinerary, and some of the activities were not as advertised. , the drinks were very expensive, which made it difficult to fully relax and enjoy ourselves.

We had an incredible time on Era Cruises. The rooms were excellent with stunning views and they were spotlessly clean. The staff were superb and very attentive, particularly Cherry and Xuan Son. The food was delicious and we loved the happy hour. The kayaking and swimming activities were a lot of fun, perfect for young families.

This hotel is the epitome of luxury. From the moment I arrived, the staff were exceptional and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and enjoyment. The exclusive amenities and services they provided were unparalleled, including the Jacuzzi, Spa Lounge, and Full Body Massage. Moreover, the food was divine with a vast range of special diet menus to choose from. The views from the Sun Terrace were stunning.

The only minor issue I encountered was the limited outdoor dining area during dinner, which affected the overall dining experience. However, this was a very small issue, and it would be remiss of me to not rate this hotel a 10/10.
