My stay at Hanoi Allure was delightful! The spacious room had a cozy vibe, and I absolutely loved the warm greeting I received each morning from Lan at breakfast. The hotel truly feels like a peaceful oasis amidst the vibrant Old Quarter. The staff, especially Wendy and Jenny, were incredibly helpful, assisting with tips for local attractions and dining spots.

While most aspects were fantastic, the breakfast service could use a bit more attention. I noticed some items ran low towards the end of the serving time. Also, the ambient noise from the lively streets is noticeable, especially during weekends, but it wasn't too disruptive for a good night’s sleep.

While the location had its perks, the bathroom was frustratingly small with poor lighting, a real challenge when trying to shave or apply makeup. I also faced issues with the air conditioning in my original room, which couldn't be fixed, forcing me to downgrade without a refund option. Even though the management was helpful in providing a free airport drop-off, it would have been better to have a functional room from the start.

hanoi allure hotel is super cozy and vibe-y, right in the old quarter with everything u need close by. the staff is totally friendly and helped us with our plans like it was no big deal, especially this one girl, she was fab! our room was clean and comfy, no noise from the party outside thanks to the windows. i loved the breakfast, it was like a feast and had a mix of both western and local foods.

but the bathroom was a bit cramped and the lighting could be better. also, some items at breakfast ran low towards the end of serving time.

The location is unbeatable, nestled right in the vibrant old quarter, making it easy to explore the area. The breakfast buffet is a highlight with delicious coffee and a variety of both Western and Vietnamese dishes, all complemented by fresh organic fruits. The room comes with a spacious layout, a comfortable bed, and excellent shower pressure, and it's well-stocked with amenities like a kettle and water cooler, which shows thoughtful efforts to reduce plastic waste. However, while the noise level was manageable, it's worth noting that it could be a bit lively on weekends.

The Deluxe Double or Twin Room with Balcony offers a fantastic view and a comfortable space to unwind. The omelette at breakfast was fantastic, a definite highlight to kick off the day.

The breakfast buffet could use some work, with inconsistency in dish quality. If you're on the 3rd floor, be prepared for noise from neighbors that can feel like they're right next to you. Also, accessing amenities on the lobby floor requires navigating a small staircase, which isn't ideal when you're juggling luggage.

the staff are super helpful with lots of services like car hire and laundry. breakfast is above par with a good mix of both buffet and a la carte options to kick off your day. location's perfect, right in the heart of the old quarter.

had the best stay at hanoi allure! the staff was super friendly, especially sonny and joyce at the front desk who gave us tons of great tips. the breakfast was delicious and always served with a smile. The room was really spacious and comfy! loved that they let us chill in our room a bit longer on checkout day. the location is perfect for exploring, everything is just a short walk away!

the smart tv was a bit tricky to connect to since it showed up others’ tvs too. The noise from the building next door was noticeable at times.
