We had a wonderful stay at Allure Hotel in Hanoi. the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to assist us with everything we needed. the hotel is beautifully decorated and the rooms were clean and spacious, with comfortable beds. the location in the Old Quarter was perfect, with nearby restaurants offering live music which we enjoyed from our balcony. the breakfast served at the hotel was absolutely fantastic, with a delicious and varied selection of dishes. We will definitely be returning in the future.

We had a fantastic stay at Allure Hotel! Everything about this place was amazing. the location was perfect, with quick access to the lake, great restaurants, street food, and performances. the staff, especially Bella and Chen at reception, were extremely helpful and welcoming. They even helped us get tickets for the Puppet Theatre and gave us recommendations for local places to eat. the room was fantastic and quiet, and the overall decor was beautiful. We felt at home and relaxed after exploring the busy streets of the Old Quarter. Can't thank the staff enough for their kindness and attentiveness.

The breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

The staff were friendly and kind, helping with my charger problem and providing a takeaway breakfast. The hotel had a great location with plenty of food options nearby. The room was cozy and soundproofed well. The reception staff were always helpful and the breakfast buffet was above par.

the staff at Allure Hotel were incredibly helpful throughout my stay. They informed us about the nearby construction and offered to find us another location, but it didn't bother us, so we stayed. the staff also helped us book a table at a rooftop restaurant and provided us with valuable information about other attractions in the area. On the day of check-out, they even allowed us to use a room to shower, despite it being late in the evening and after we had already checked out. when taxis were unable to stop outside the hotel due to the night market, the porter personally escorted us to a good taxi.

I stayed at this hotel for the first time and I was very satisfied with the value for my money. The room was clean, well organized, and didn't feel cramped at all. The hotel's location in the old town was perfect and the staff were efficient, sweet, and helpful.

The hotel's location near the night market was ideal for us as adventure travelers. We could easily explore the vibrant street stalls and experience the local culture. Additionally, being very close to the lake Hoan Kiem allowed us to enjoy peaceful walks and stunning views. The hotel's proximity to everything made it convenient for us to access nearby attractions and restaurants.

We did notice that some bars near the hotel had loud music playing until late at night, which could be a bit disturbing for light sleepers.

The complimentary welcome drink and snacks were a nice touch. the hotel is conveniently located near several restaurants and shops. the rooftop pool was a great place to relax and escape the hustle and bustle of the city.

The towels were not restocked despite being used and the housekeeping didn't replace our coffee cups. the noise from the street made it difficult to sleep at times.

I stayed at Allure for 5 nights while exploring the city. The staff was friendly and fluent in English. The service was exceptional - they even remembered our names! The location was convenient and the breakfast was good, though more Western-style. The beds were comfortable, and the smart TV with Netflix was a nice touch. a great hotel experience.

Despite some construction noise next door, the hotel was very accommodating and moved me to a quieter room.
