Mind-blowing location in the buzzing old quarter! Super friendly and helpful staff, especially Ms Lucy at the front desk! Our bus complaint was solved with lightning speed, plus great recommendations. Quiet rooms despite the hustle and bustle. Breakfast is seriously yum! Highly recommended!

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! From the moment we walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms were modern and comfortable, with the best pillows ever! The location was perfect, right in the heart of the old quarter but tucked away on a quiet street. We were able to easily explore the area and walk to attractions like Hoan Kiem lake.
