My room was clean and spacious, with all the necessary amenities. The breakfast spread was delicious, offering a variety of options. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable, helping me with all my needs and giving great recommendations for places to visit. I felt well taken care of throughout my stay. I highly recommend this hostel for anyone visiting Hanoi.

The cleanliness of the room was not up to par. There were noticeable stains on the bedsheets and the bathroom could have been cleaner.

The location was in the heart of Hanoi and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. The complimentary items and breakfast were excellent.

The wifi was excellent and the breakfast was very good. The hotel also sorted out an early check-in for me at no additional cost. it was one of the best choices of hotel rooms I stayed in.

We spent Christmas in this B&B and had a good time. the breakfast was tasty and there was a lot of variety to choose from. the location was also great as there were many shops and restaurants nearby.

The prices were reasonable and included a delicious breakfast with friendly chefs who served up an array of options, including mouthwatering Vietnamese dishes. The staff at the hotel were also top-notch, providing excellent service and attention to detail. The rooms, especially those on the lower floors, had a great view and were well-equipped with good air conditioning which was much needed during the hot weather. The hotel's location directly in the Old Quarter was a big plus as it allowed for easy access to the lake, street food stalls, sightseeing, and souvenir shopping.
