The Imperial Hotel and Spa in the heart of Hanoi's Old Quarter offers an excellent location near Hoàn Kiếm Lake and tourist attractions. The Family Suite was spacious, clean, and well-designed, with comfortable beds and reliable wifi. The standout feature was the outstanding service provided by the staff, who spoke excellent English and were incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel also offers a variety of dining options nearby, including a popular pizza place just outside the hotel.

I recently stayed at a lovely boutique hotel in a quiet street just 50 meters from a beautiful lake. The hotel was in the center of the old quarter and offered easy access to the city center. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the bathroom was clean. The staff provided exceptional service, ensuring my stay was enjoyable. The breakfast was delicious, surpassing the offerings of some 5-star hotels. a wonderful experience.

My only complaint would be that the wifi occasionally had some connectivity issues.

The central location was perfect, with a great banh Mi place right outside. The helpful staff provided a guide to Hanoi, a great touch. Best stay in Vietnam!

This hotel is located in a prime area, right in the heart of town. It is within walking distance of the lake and close to the old district. The staff here are absolutely amazing and go above and beyond to make you feel welcomed and ensure that your stay is as good as it gets. They are friendly and provide excellent service that is in the high-end of what we have seen. The rooms are comfortable with all the necessary amenities, including free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a mini-bar. The breakfast buffet is great, with a variety of options to choose from. this place offers a wonderful experience.

Nothing that I didn't like.

Plus, the hotel was conveniently located near the lake, allowing me to take leisurely walks and soak in the beautiful scenery. The room itself was spacious and clean, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The staff provided excellent service, going above and beyond to ensure that I had a pleasant experience.
