The staff at this place provided a level of service and attention to personal detail that made my stay truly special. From housekeepers to duty managers, they were all so friendly and attentive, making me feel like a valued guest. The amenities in the room were top-notch, including air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a comfortable sitting area. The hotel also had a stunning dining restaurant and a bar/lounge area where I enjoyed a delicious breakfast and happy hour drinks. the hotel's location and the staff's exceptional service made it a memorable and enjoyable stay.

Chaotic airport transfer.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in the heart of the Old Quarter. The location was perfect, with loads of restaurants and shops nearby, and Hoan Kiem Lake within walking distance. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the staff provided excellent service. They were attentive, polite, and nothing was too much trouble for them. The hotel also had a nice rooftop bar with friendly bartenders and delicious cocktails. The breakfast was tasty and served in a comfortable area. the best aspects of our stay were the convenient location and the exceptional service from the staff.

The location was perfect, situated between the two lakes and within easy reach of the market streets and popular attractions in Hanoi. the rooms were modern and comfortable, with nice amenities like a laptop for guest use. the hotel staff were extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and welcoming. They took care of all my needs, from logistics to bookings. They even helped me book a fantastic cruise to Ha Long Bay at a discounted price and provided complimentary spa vouchers. the hotel restaurant served fantastic food, and I especially loved the green curry.

The breakfast offers a variety of warm and cold meals, and guests can enjoy Vietnamese coffee and pho in the morning.

The hotel we stayed in over Thanksgiving had a decent location near popular attractions and street food. the rooms were spacious and came with a complimentary mini-bar. the staff was accommodating and offered a free transfer service and late check-out.

There were a few minor issues, such as the lack of privacy between the bathroom and bedroom and the limited fruit selection for breakfast. However, these were easily overlooked in light of the excellent overall experience at the hotel.
