They went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. the hotel's prime location in the heart of the city allowed us to easily explore nearby attractions and restaurants. We also appreciated the stunning room decor and the luxurious amenities provided, which added to the overall romantic ambiance.

The WiFi internet on the higher floors was not as strong as we had hoped, resulting in some connectivity issues. we experienced some noise in the morning from the breakfast area below, which disturbed our peaceful sleep.

The service from the staff was exceptional, always friendly and ready to assist. The breakfast exceeded my expectations, with a wide variety of options including freshly made omelets. I also enjoyed the beautiful view from the hotel's rooftop.

That the hotel only had one elevator, which could sometimes cause a slight delay.

We enjoyed a weekend trip at a hotel where we received two nice surprises in the room and the location was perfect for exploring the city. Our room faced away from the street noise, which allowed for peaceful sleep. the breakfast had a great variety of options to choose from and kept us full throughout the morning.

The housekeeping staff didn't seem to pay attention to details as they didn't refill the coffee in the complimentary machine and towels were not replaced. the gym was very small and there was no air conditioning, making it uncomfortable to work out in.

The Bespoke Trendy Hotel in Hanoi is a top-notch place to stay. The modern and elegant design creates a peaceful atmosphere, and the rooms are extremely comfortable with great views of the Old Quarter. The staff is amazing - caring, capable, and always there to assist with any accommodation or travel needs. The breakfast buffet is outstanding, and the hospitality and service standards are exceptional.

I stayed in a small hotel for my trip to this city and it was such a pleasant surprise. The hotel is located on a quiet street with a lovely little café at the corner which serves the best coconut coffee, and it’s not far from all the attractions. The staff is amazing, offering excellent service beyond expectations, from the bellboys to the guest relations officers to the front desk officers. The rooms are very comfortable, with great amenities such as soundproofing and free Wi-Fi. The hotel also has a fantastic spa and wellness center with massages and a steam room. The buffet breakfast is really good and they offer special diet menus for those who want it.

Highly recommend staying here to everyone.

They even arranged airport service and went above and beyond to make our stay convenient, allowing my daughter to transfer early and providing us with a room to freshen up after check-out.
