this place was amazing. exceeded my expectations. friendly staff, great food, comfy bed, beautiful pool. definitely one of the best stays. the room was exceptional with a huge bathroom and lovely toiletries. the view from my room was fantastic. gift shop had great prices. spa treatments were fantastic with carolina. highly recommend!

Pool chairs need an update.

I recently stayed at Sortis Hotel in Panama for 3 nights. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The lobby, room, pool, and restaurants were all beautiful. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast buffet and the wide selection of food and drinks at the various restaurants. The hotel is located in a great area with many authentic Panamanian restaurants nearby. The bed was also very comfortable and the room had all the amenities I needed. it was a fantastic stay.

The gym and pool were both top-notch, and the variety of restaurants on-site was impressive. I especially loved the breakfast buffet - it was truly unbelievable, with the best selection of food. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the overall ambiance of the hotel, from the lobby to the restaurants, was stunning. Autograph Collection truly knows how to create a memorable stay.

I had a truly exceptional stay at this hotel. The room was true 5-star accommodation with a huge bathroom and shower, complete with lovely toiletries. The view from my room on the 10th floor was great, and I can only imagine how even nicer it would be on the ocean-facing side. The gift shop on the first floor offered reasonably priced souvenirs, beating out other shops in the city. The pool was quite lovely, and I enjoyed spending hours there without being bothered by staff. The spa treatments were fantastic, especially the chocolate wrap and 60-minute massage. The staff, from the restaurant to room service, were excellent, making this the best part of my stay. The room layout was spacious, and the central location made it easy to get around this city. the hotel offered great value, with a wide range of amenities and services.

The rooms were beautifully designed and offered stunning views of the city's skyscrapers. The hotel was spotlessly clean, and there were numerous restaurants serving delicious food. The casino, swimming pools with protective tents, and fitness club added to the amazing facilities. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the location was perfect, surrounded by authentic Panamanian restaurants. The breakfast buffet and restaurant choices were fantastic. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent amenities and service.

During my recent stay at Sortis Hotel, Spa & Casino, Autograph Collection, I was thoroughly impressed with the overall experience. The service provided by the well-trained staff truly made me feel welcomed from the moment I arrived. The rooms were up to par with Marriott standards, and the facilities were exceptional. I particularly enjoyed the Champagne Lounge and Casino, which added a touch of luxury to my visit. The various restaurants on-site exceeded my expectations, and I had some of the best meals during my stay. Everything combined made for a wonderful trip, and I'm already planning my next visit. Visited Sortis Casino for an awesome poker tournament, surrounded by a vibrant and lively atmosphere. The staff was welcoming and the tournament was well-organized. A fantastic experience!

For dads, it would be great to have a dedicated play area for children.
