The Minh Quang Hotel in Dong Hoi offered great value for the money with clean and comfortable rooms. The location was convenient, near good food and with a lovely view of the river. The staff, especially Quang, were friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable.

The only improvement I would suggest is to have breakfast offerings at the hotel.

Located in the heart of the city, this hotel offers a convenient base for exploring Dong Hoi. Guests can enjoy clean and comfortable rooms with spacious bathrooms. The friendly staff goes above and beyond to accommodate guests, even allowing early check-in for a small fee. The hotel is close to the beautiful beach and a variety of restaurants and coffee shops. the hotel provides a nice breakfast and has facilities such as a small fridge and a cafe next door.

One minor inconvenience was the presence of mosquitoes in the room when the windows were left open upon arrival.
