I recently stayed at The Hammock Hotel Ben Thanh for a week-long trip. Everything about my stay was perfect! The bed was incredibly comfortable, the facilities were in great condition, and the hotel even provided complimentary self-service laundry facilities. The minibar in my room was stocked with complimentary food and drinks, and the roof terrace offered complimentary drinks, snacks, and pastries. The staff was extremely accommodating, allowing me to leave my bags after check-out and spend extra time on the terrace. I can't recommend this hotel enough!

I had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to assist me with any question I had. The location was perfect, close enough to the backpacker street but also quiet enough to ensure a peaceful night's sleep. The hotel facilities were excellent, with complimentary snacks and drinks in the room, as well as free breakfast vouchers for the cafe downstairs. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the rooftop terrace was a great place to relax and enjoy the complimentary drinks and pastries.

Nothing could have been better.

The rooftop area was a highlight, where I could relax on bean bags, enjoy the nice breeze, and take in the view. The free laundry access was a game-changer, allowing me to easily wash my clothes after exploring the Mekong Delta. The helpful staff even escorted me to a nearby pharmacy, going above and beyond. I highly recommend this hotel.

Excellent service from the staff. We had a water outage during our stay and they personally went around to apologize to each guest. The rooms were spacious and the hammocks were a fun addition. Unlimited minibar was a bonus. Great location close to popular attractions. I highly recommend this hotel.

Everything was fantastic.

the location was perfect - it was conveniently situated in District 1, within walking distance of everything in the area. Plus, being located above a coffee shop made it so easy to grab a quick caffeine fix before heading out for the day. The staff were friendly and helpful, despite their limited English skills. The rooms had some really nice touches, like the quirky design and the hammock, which added a fun and unique element to the stay. And I must mention the breakfast - although it was provided by the coffee shop and had limited options, it was still a nice bonus to have it included in the price.

The family room is perfect for kids age 2 & 6. Bedding size is great. Free mini-bar is appreciated. Iced coffee and pastries at breakfast are lovely. Walking distance to major attractions. Design of the room and hammock are nice. Rooftop terrace is a great hangout spot. Helpful and friendly staff. Clean and comfortable. Amazing service when my wife left her phone in a cab, the staff found it and brought it to the airport.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a hotel in District 1, conveniently located above a coffee shop. The hotel was superb in terms of value for money, with spacious rooms and nice touches. The staff provided great service and had excellent recommendations for local cuisine. The basic amenities were top-notch, and there was even a 24/7 pantry on the rooftop with free flow drinks and snacks.

The rooms were bright and clean, and the fittings and fixtures were the nicest thing about the hotel. It seemed like everything was new and well-maintained.

One thing I didn't like was the ineffective staff. They didn't seem focused on assisting tourists, and it was a struggle to get any help or information from them.
