The staff at this hotel were exceptional! Particularly Thú at the reception and the diligent bellboy at the front door. They made my stay so enjoyable with their helpful and friendly attitude. the room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and pillows. the location was fantastic, right in the heart of the city, making it easy for me to access all the attractions, restaurants, and bars on foot. the buffet breakfast had a wide variety of choices, both Western and Asian cuisine, a great way to start the day. a great experience compared to my past travels in Vietnam.

The noise coming from the street into the room. It was a bit bothersome at times, especially for someone not accustomed to city noises.
