I absolutely loved my stay at this luxurious hotel! The architecture of this place was stunning, and the interior design was simply amazing. My room was sparkling clean and had all the amenities I could ask for. I especially loved the smart TV and the thoughtful bathroom amenities, like the shaving kit and hairband. These little details made me feel right at home. The staff at this hotel were truly exceptional. They were thoughtful, kind, and spoke good English. Noona surprised me with a birthday cake on my special day, and Victor went above and beyond to show us around the resort. The breakfast menu was delicious, and I couldn't have asked for more in terms of hospitality. I would definitely choose this hotel again if I come back.

We had a wonderful stay at M Village Tropical! The hotel is a hidden gem, offering unique and eco-friendly bungalows built around trees. The design and architecture are impressive, and the staff is friendly and accommodating, always with a smile. The value for money is great, and the breakfasts are the best we've had in Vietnam. The amenities, such as toothbrushes and flip flops, were a nice touch. We hope to return next year!

The resort is well-maintained with beautiful surroundings. The spacious, well-decorated room provided a comfortable stay. The two clean swimming pools were often quiet and enjoyable. The jungle-like atmosphere added to the overall ambience. The friendly staff and convenient facilities, such as bike rentals, made the experience even better.

Despite the holiday season, we appreciated the fact that the hotel staff were always friendly and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed. The pool area was also very well-maintained, and we were pleased to find that there were plenty of loungers and umbrellas available. the breakfast selection was quite diverse, with a range of hot and cold items to choose from. We also liked the convenience of having a shuttle service to nearby attractions.

our room was located too close to the main road, which meant that we were kept up at night by traffic noise. there were some construction works going on nearby, which made it difficult to relax during the day.

The M Resort Phu Quoc exceeded our expectations in every way. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated in a jungle-inspired style. The staff was incredibly helpful and kind, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The on-site pool was a perfect size and well-maintained. The breakfast menu was delicious, offering a variety of options. We even received a free car ride to our next hotel destination. This was truly a 5-star experience.

Our stay at M Resort was fantastic! The cozy room was beautifully decorated, with a big bed that had the comfiest pillows and blanket. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained. The swimming pools were absolutely stunning, even better than the pictures. We were pleasantly surprised when we were moved to M Hotel Phu Quoc, which was closer to the center and had a direct view of the beach from the swimming pool. The pick up and drop off service to the airport was free, which was a great convenience. The staff were extremely friendly and always willing to assist us. Breakfast had a good variety and we could choose from 10 different dishes.

As a tourist, I loved the helpful and welcoming staff at the M Resort. Organizing transfers was a breeze with regular communication and confirmation updates. The cocktails by the swimming pool were a highlight, and I appreciated the later checkout time when leaving. The rooms were comfortable and well-appointed, and I especially liked that if you were at the back of the resort, there was less traffic noise. I highly recommend trying the chicken club sandwich - it was delicious!
