Great Breakfast and Good Swimming Pool

Starting off with the positives, the hotel breakfast was great! They had a lot of options to choose from and the food tasted fresh. the swimming pool was also a really good size and clean. It was nice to cool off and relax in after a hot day of exploring the city. the hotel was located close to key city spots like the beach and night market, making it easy to get around.

The customer service at this hotel was poor. the staff members were not very friendly or helpful.

This hotel is in a great location, right across the street from the beach and close to the vibrant night markets. The rooms are neat and tidy, although a little outdated. The breakfast buffet offers a great variety of local and Western foods. The staff at the reception desk were very helpful and accommodating. There are also facilities like a gym, pool, and a small casino.

There were some noise issues reported by other guests, such as music from nearby restaurants and exercise classes on the beach in the early morning.

We loved this hotel! The location is fantastic, right across the street from the beach and in the central beach area of Nah Trang. It's in the centre of everything, making it easy to access all the shops, restaurants, and the night market. The view from our room was absolutely stunning, with a balcony facing the ocean. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always greeting us with a smile. The room itself was clean and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed for a pleasant stay. We also appreciated the availability of room service and the convenience of the car hire and laundry services. the hotel provided enhanced comfort and quality services that made our stay even more enjoyable.

We highly recommend this hotel to our family and friends.
