The grounds of the resort were absolutely beautiful. We loved the bungalow-style rooms and the neat organization. The bathroom layout was great too. The golf course was enjoyable, though limited during maintenance. The pool was refreshing, despite being cold during the rainy season. The room layout and spaciousness were excellent for personal space. The immediate access to the ocean was breathtaking. The staff was helpful in planning dinner reservations for our large group. Most of the staff was friendly. The recently renovated rooms were outstanding, with top-notch finishes. The landscaping was well-maintained and lush. The beach had free chairs and umbrellas and was one of the best for swimming. The location was lovely, with a pristine golf course and excellent spa. The staff was very friendly, and there were activities like yoga and pool aerobics.

I recently stayed at The Westin in Playa Conchal for a family vacation and it was incredible. The resort is surrounded by beautiful nature and the beach is one of the most breathtaking I've ever seen. The all-inclusive food exceeded my expectations and all the restaurants had excellent options. The staff were incredibly friendly and hospitable, making our stay magical. The grounds of the resort were stunning, with bungalow-style rooms and a well-designed bathroom layout. The pool, although a bit cold during the rainy season, was still enjoyable. The immediate access to the ocean and stunning views were tranquil and peaceful. Despite minimal interaction with the staff, they went above and beyond to secure reservations for our large group at various restaurants, which made our trip so much easier. We also appreciated the helpful recommendations from Eric Garcia for local excursions.

We loved the beautifully manicured grounds of the hotel and the charming bungalow-style rooms. The bathroom layout was excellent, and we appreciated the spaciousness of the rooms. The hotel's location provided immediate access to a breathtaking and peaceful beach. The staff, especially Alvaro, Luis, and Diana at the poolside Activity Center, were incredibly friendly and helpful. They really went above and beyond to ensure we had a great time. The New Year's fireworks and party were also fantastic.

Excellent cuisine and varied menus at the 6 themed restaurants. Spectacular room service available 24/7. Amazing pool with swim-up bar and lush tropical vegetation. Superior water aerobics class. Friendly and accommodating staff. Beautiful flora and wildlife.

We had a great time during our Christmas vacation at an all, inclusive resort in Playa Conchal. the beach was amazing and the resort had plenty of food options, including a delicious buffet and a Brazilian steakhouse. the swimming pool was also a highlight, especially with its swim, up bar. We were lucky to see many animals and birds on the property, such as monkeys, iguanas, and hummingbirds.

There were a few disappointments during our stay. there seemed to be some miscommunication during check, in regarding our room type, which was not what we expected.

The facilities were clean and the bed was very comfy! The staff was hospitable and friendly. We enjoyed the beautiful grounds and the bungalow-style rooms. The Royal Beach King Suites provided privacy for couples. The resort had immediate access to the ocean and breathtaking views. The golf course was awesome. There were nightly shows and performers.

We felt very well taken care of, no complaints at all.

Nothing it was perfect.

The staff was highly attentive and provided awesome service throughout my stay. the resort was very clean and relaxing, allowing me to fully relax and unwind. the location was also great, with a beautiful beach and opportunities to see wildlife such as monkeys and toucans.

One aspect that was disappointing was not being able to use the entrance from the beach to the place I was staying. Having to walk all the way around to the other entrance was inconvenient, especially after having dinner at a restaurant close to the beach entrance.

When staying at this beachfront resort, you'll have the luxury of enjoying the beautiful Conchal beach just steps away from your room. The soft sand and clear waters make it the perfect spot for sunbathing and swimming. If you're feeling more adventurous, you can take a short walk to explore the nearby waterfall or visit the other restaurants in the area. The spacious rooms offer a comfortable stay, and the bathrooms are equipped with impressive showers. The friendly and helpful staff provide excellent service, ensuring that your every need is taken care of. The breakfast at the resort is delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. the resort offers great facilities and advantages for a memorable vacation experience.

One slight downside is that some public areas of the resort, such as the swimming pool, may not be as clean and well-maintained as expected.

This hotel provided a luxurious stay with exclusive amenities like the outdoor swimming pool and Spa centre. Service was impeccable and the staff went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. the restaurant on site offered delicious meals with special diet menus available. the location was ideal with beach access and stunning garden areas for relaxing walks.

The only minor issue I encountered was the lack of live entertainment, but the overall experience made up for it.

We spent Christmas in this amazing resort and we were blown away by the level of service and attention to detail. As soon as we arrived, we were welcomed with refreshing drinks and Christmas chocolates. the location couldn't be better, with beautiful views of the ocean and a short walk to the private beach. One of the best aspects was the variety of complementary activities such as the sunset yoga and the aqua aerobics classes. We also enjoyed the many pools and especially liked the swim-up bar.

The price of the on-site restaurants and activities which were quite expensive compared to similar places in the area. housekeeping could improve as we noticed a few ants in our room and sometimes we had to call for extra towels.
