I loved the location, service, and attention from start to end. The staff was professional and friendly, especially the lady who checked me in. The rooms were well-appointed, and the staff was well-dressed. The concierge was thorough and knowledgeable. The bartender made the best Dirty Martinis. The restaurant is stunning, and the New Year's Day brunch was exceptional.

Perfect condition rooms, large fitness center with top-of-the-line equipment, large pool with good food/beverage service. Family-friendly with inter-connecting rooms. Excellent location with delicious restaurants nearby.

I had the most amazing stay at a hotel in Ho Chi Minh City. The attention to detail and the decor were outstanding. I loved the "old world" atmosphere combined with modern amenities. The fitness center was the best I've ever seen. The staff was attentive and the food preparation was top-notch. I highly recommend this hotel.

The location, staff, service, and restaurants at this hotel were outstanding. The Australian manager at the Square One restaurant was particularly welcoming and helpful. The hotel itself was gorgeous, with attentive staff and great facilities. The breakfast and Italian restaurant were delicious, and the bar was popular among locals.

As a tourist, I had a wonderful 3-night stay at Park Hyatt. The location was perfect for exploring the city on foot. The rooms were beautifully designed and spotless, with thoughtful amenities. The staff, especially the Australian manager at Square One restaurant, was incredibly friendly and helpful. The food was delicious throughout, and there was a great selection of TV channels. an excellent experience.

Nothing that I didn't like.

Fantastic stay at a well-located hotel in the heart of the city. Comfortable and quiet rooms made for a peaceful escape. The breakfast buffet offered a wide range of delicious options, including unique fruits.

The air conditioning in the rooms was not efficient enough, making it difficult to sleep comfortably. The spa experience , with language barriers and inconsistent pressure during massages.
