Our stay at Pullman was excellent. The spacious room and large bathroom were impressive. The lobby and restaurant were beautifully designed. We enjoyed the convenient location, with the Back beach and Lotte supermarket within walking distance. The breakfast at the main restaurant had a great selection of food. we highly recommend this hotel.

The gym was okay and the pool was good, despite some negative reviews. it was a good place to catch some sunshine.

This hotel exceeded our expectations in terms of luxurious amenities. the outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace were stunning and gave us a great space to relax and enjoy the sun. the room was large and had exclusive advantages such as a Jacuzzi and private facilities. the restaurant offered a range of delicious special diet menus, which was perfect for us.

The only minor issue we experienced was the amateur service from some staff, although it was not a deal breaker. While there were enough staff in the lobby and restaurant during the day, we noticed that there were fewer staff available at night.

Great hotel with lovely amenities and attentive staff. We received two complementary drinks upon arrival and had a fantastic view of the city from our room. the central location made it easy to explore all the attractions this city has to offer.

The pool area was a disappointment. the pool itself was nice, but a few chairs were broken and the surrounding area was dirty.
