the check-in process was rediculous, held my cash like I’m a criminal. couldn’t see the ocean, just nasty apartments. and let’s not forget the aging facilities. i expected a complimentary late check-out or room upgrade after being slapped with all these issues, but i guess they only cater to their 'special guests. ' such a disappointment.

Check-in requests are cumbersome, especially with ID and visa!!! Ocean view isn't spectacular, just high-rise buildings. The pool area lacks charm and feels cheap for a supposed luxury establishment!!! Rooms emit an unpleasant odor. The lounge experience was a letdown!!!

Had an awesome view from our room and the staff were super friendly, but the breakfast was heaps bland and could do with more variety, ya know?

The atmosphere is just lekker, really loved lounging by the pool with the kids. They were on fire with the strong waves in the big pool, and the staff were so friendly, always keen to help, like having your own chommies at the hotel. Room was spacious and felt lekker comfy!

Only downside was the flip-flops they gave us—def not made for walking on the beach, maisel!

Breakfast was a great aspect of my stay. The options were plenty, and everything tasted fresh. I especially enjoyed the local seafood night buffet with a range of delicious catches from the sea. Food is essential for me, as a traveler who appreciates different culinary experiences. I wanted to share my gratitude for the attentive staff who helped make this a memorable time during my travels. I appreciate good service while on the road, especially being from Europe.

Loved my time at this modern gem! The outdoor swimming pool and sauna were perfect ways to relax after busy days. Just a minor hiccup with the Wi-Fi being a bit spotty at times, but overall, it was a fantastic experience. 😊

The hospitality was top-notch. David, the GM, even arranged transportation to the Jesus Statue for us during the busy Lunar New Year. Impressive staff really made our stay smooth and memorable!
