I had a fantastic time at the Radisson in Da Nang. The staff were incredibly helpful, especially Sunny. The room was cozy, the rooftop bar had stunning views, and the pool was a refreshing escape from the heat. The breakfast buffet was delicious, and the spa experience was top-notch. The only downside was the lack of a cozy bar and some minor inconsistencies in information provided by staff. it's a great choice for a relaxing vacation with excellent amenities and service.

had a splendid break on a journey in da nang and my stay at a high riser with an infinity pool was truly delightful. the terrific customer service by staff, especially ms. vy, made my experience exceptional. the breakfast had an abundance of delicious options, and my room was clean and well-equipped.

Helpful staff, great location, nice facilities. Lady in breakfast restaurant makes great omelette. Breathtaking view from rooftop pool. Friendly welcome by Sunny. Clean sea facing room with coffee machine. Excellent breakfast buffet. Professional staff with good English. Delightful corner suite with panoramic sea views. Lovely staff, exceptional customer service.

The rooftop pool and bar were definitely the best aspects of my stay at this hotel. the view from both was breathtaking, with a clear view of the ocean, especially at night. the hotel was also conveniently located; only a few steps from the beach and the city center. the staff members were attentive and polite, making the stay even more enjoyable.

There were a few aspects that could be improved upon. the food at the hotel bar was very disappointing, with raw and overcooked shrimps being served in one instance.

I would especially like to commend Phuc for his exceptional service. The infinity pool overlooking the sea and mountains was a definite highlight. The location is perfect - just a short walk across the main road to the beach. Everything we needed was nearby, from food outlets to convenience stores. The room was clean and bright, with a stunning ocean view. The bathroom was spacious and well-maintained. The staff were friendly, well-trained, and always ready to assist. The breakfast spread was delicious with a variety of options, including the best noodles I've had in Vietnam. a great hotel experience.

The executive lounge experience was a bit disappointing, with limited drink options and a small selection of food available.
