Great value for money with a large room offering a bathtub. The classic design and good quality of the furniture added to the charm of the hotel. Tea and coffee facilities with six complimentary biscuits. The frontage was grand and illuminated at night, located opposite the pier and beach with a supermarket next door. The friendly and helpful staff made for a delightful stay.

The hotel could do with a bit of refurbishing, particularly on the fourth floor where the carpet has begun to look dirty. The sink took a long time to drain in the well-equipped bathroom.

I had a pleasant overnight stay at this hotel. The check-in process was quick and easy, thanks to the online form. The staff was friendly and addressed all of my requests for a room with minimal walking and no steps. The room itself was comfortable and I had a good night's sleep in the comfortable bed. The shower in the room was excellent, with perfect water pressure and temperature. I also appreciated that I couldn't hear any noise from other guests during the night. Additionally, I loved that the hotel allowed me to bring my dog along. I had a great experience at this hotel and would recommend it to others.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a lovely hotel by the sea. The location was perfect, right in front of the pier where the festival I was attending took place. The room was spacious and had a wonderful view of the sea. The bathroom was clean and well-stocked with toiletries. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring a pleasant stay. The breakfast was delicious and had a wide variety of options. I also enjoyed exploring the nearby cafes for a good coffee. it was a fantastic experience.

Some areas of the hotel could benefit from refurbishment.

The value for money at Royal Beach was excellent, especially with the spacious and comfortable double room I was upgraded to at no extra charge. The location was convenient, and the staff, particularly James at the reception, were warm, friendly.

The breakfast could have been better with more options.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a hotel on Southsea seafront opposite the pier. The value for money was incredible, with excellent facilities and a good selection of tea and coffee in the rooms. The location was perfect, with an uninterrupted view of the Isle of Wight. Plus, the breakfast included in the rate was delicious and really set me up for the day.
